Official server #1003 retreated in time 4/5 days?

Hello everyone, does anyone know the reason why oficial server #1003 came back in time 4 or 5 days???

It happened yesterday the 28th.

All the progress of the players in the last few days has been lost and I still haven’t found any official justification for the strange incident, is it possible that it occurred by a player’s action? Using illegal programs maybe?

Can anyone answer that?

When a server has a rollback, its because it crashed and corrupted the database. The best backup was then loaded. That means whatever caused the issue happened 4 days ago and caused a crash to happen later.
