Bug Description:
Official server #1027 PvE- g-portal.com (EU) is gone!!! We had a clan of 3 and started anew recently, anticipating the enhanced update. 2 days before, the server became password protected without zero info in advance, showing 0/40 characters on it. Yesterday it was no longer listed, today it is the same. It is gone!!! Why? And why weren’t we informed? We could have transferred our characters if we knew. And wth no official DC, nothing, we have zero information on it, whether it is a bug, if it is temporary or permanent, nothing, and worst of all, we cannot proceed with our characters after the update like we were planning to. This is a serious screw up from Funcom and totally discouraging from playing further…
