Official Server 1200 constant lag - g-portal servers can only handle 10 players?

There is constant lag on Official #1200 whenever theres more than 10 players online. Is G-portal really providing such cheap servers which can’t handle more than 10 players at the same time? This lag has been happening every day since a while.

DebugUi currently is saying:

Ping: 1020.0
17 Player(s)
Server FPS: 2

Funcom / Gportal can you please do something about it?

I’m also a player on 1200 and it is currently, and frequently, completely unplayable. I really enjoy this game and the community on the server seems really cool but this is honestly ridiculous.
