Official Server #1509 - Character Reset to Level 1 After Enhanced Update / Transfer from Siptah

My server is Official Server #1509. A few days ago, I transferred my character from Isle of Siptah to Exiled Lands.

After today’s update, the server ping has been constantly over 300 and I usually cannot log in. I managed to log in once, but my character was no longer my original character. It appeared as a level 1 character with a different name.

I did not delete or recreate my character. Please check the character migration/account ID mapping for Official Server #1509.

I have the same issue, on 1040 I found somebody else’s character linked to my account.

I logged in on 1509 as someone else’s character. Could even see the guy in the gear I was wearing sleeping on the floor.
