Official Server #1989 Offline since 11 PM - Reporting Procedure?

Could you please help me with a recurring issue?

Our server, Official #1989 (SA), has been offline since 11 PM (BRT / UTC-3 time) yesterday. I’ve tried reaching out to G-Portal, but they informed me they only provide support for private/rented servers and cannot intervene in official ones.

Talking to some experienced server admins, we suspect this might be a database crash or a deadlock in the startup script. Since the recent update, it seems the server fails to boot because it finds corrupted files or “busy” processes, preventing the automatic daily restart from working.

My main questions are:

  1. What is the official procedure for reporting when a specific server goes down like this?

  2. Should we create a forum post every time, or is there a dedicated status page/ticket system for Official Servers?

  3. Is there a specific team we should tag or a website to monitor these crashes?

We really appreciate your attention and all the hard work on the recent updates. We just want to get back to the Exiled Lands!

While I’m not 100% sure, there is definitely an option for ‘Official Server Performance’ under the helpshift link, so I would presume that’s probably the place for a ticket. Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center

I think reporting it here is also probably good - Dana has certainly been picking up reports of various servers being offline.

I hope they’re able to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
