Server has been down for me and clan for 24 hours now. There’s only been 3 people logged in every time I checked and there’s usually 20+ around this time. Please restart server or something

My clan is having same problem as well a another clan we know…total 9 ppl not able to log on

Is this normal? Few friends and I just started on this server but not sure if we will continue to play if this is the norm.
