Official Server 3597 on PS4 is broken

[ So server 3597 on PS4 is having issues, the game does not load past the loading screen. If you do manage to get into the game the menu music continues playing and you cannot move or interact with the world. You cannot enter the start and settings menu to even remove bracelet. The only way to leave the game is to close the application or turn off your PS4.]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Log into official server 3597 on PS4
  2. Get stuck in loading screen
  3. Get stuck in place while character continually dies of thirst.
  4. Tear ears out so that I don’t have to listen to menu music.

Are you having issues with any other server?
Is your character in the initial area or within a heavily populated area?
Is your PS4 connected through wired or wireless mode to the router?

According to the server stats it seems to be populated throughout most day and issuing the daily restarts as expected.
