I used to play on a nice PvE server #6455 , today after reinstalling the game I found out server was deleted, and so my character…
Is there a way to recover the character in any way ? Or is it gone forever…
Shame my 1000+h lost forever noooooooooooo lol…
Was this a Siptah server? If so, the system should have auto-migrated you and your followers to a new server. (Your followers will be in the ‘cloud’ for the time being, once you find your character, you’d need to find a spot to build, place down a foundation and then you’ll be able to place your followers from the follower tab.) Unfortunately, you will have lost your base and anything that wasn’t in your inventory or the inventories of your followers. This was all covered in quite some detail in the big announcment about the enhanced edition coming out, but I guess if you weren’t playing, you may not have read it.
There is a list somewhere on the forums of what servers moved to what other servers. Assuming you were on Siptah, that should tell you where your character ended up. (Though there have also been glitches and some people report having lost their characters somewhere in transfer.)
No, it was a normal official PvE server.

It happened to me too (server official 1014-1050-1051)
I lost characters in the Exile Lands and on the Island
and that’s why I kept playing in single-player mode… 
As far as I know, none of the official PC Exiled Lands servers were shut down, only the Siptah servers. Are you on Steam? (Or Epic Store/Microsoft Store?)
I just found the server merger list - #6455 was a Siptah server and it has merged to #1049 - I’d check there.

Yeah, I started over with the update too. But I prefer it that way 
6445 is 1819

It came from the official list… But, yeah, if you’ve got information that it’s migrated elsewhere that’s cool.
Edit: I’ve got a theory - someone with bad handwriting wrote down 1819 and someone else misread it as 1049…
Did you get character creat screen? If so between male and female should have been an import button.
look at the offical list in forums up above thats where 1819 came from
I posted that list. Now try looking at what the OP actually asked about - which is 6455, not 6445…
I had similar problem after a break i came back and old server was merged to 1009 yet 1009 seems to be dead according to battlemetrics and doesn’t show in server browser…
