Official Server Random Resets

The offical Xbox server 2960 is frequently experiencing random server resets. This has happened several times and without any notice. The issue usually occurs before a scheduled server restart.

Today, the server reset without warning 10 minutes before the scheduled 9pm reset. The server then came back up a few minutes later. After logging back in we were given the 5 minute warning and the server reset as usual.

This is becoming extremely frustrating. Today I died after the random reset and, after logging back in, I barely had enough time to make it back to my corpse before the server went down again.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. Play Conan and wait until the scheduled reset approaches
2. Take the risk of doing typical survival stuff and being disconnected without warning, and then listen to all your clan mates cry out “oh crap! I was running/fighting/climbing and I think I’m dead”.
3. Wait until the server comes back up and log back in
4. Try to recover your body and beat the countdown before the actual scheduled reset or risk losing your gear for good.

Hello @Orbytel, thank you for reaching out, the server has not been restarting but rather experiencing a few crashes that will be addressed in the upcoming hotfix for consoles, which should be released very soon, apologies for the frustration caused.
