I’m currently playing on #1006 and it restarts every now and then. Is this intentional or did I miss any announcement? Is it happening to other servers?
If not, an official post would be nice.

It indeed is restarting every hour.
Is the same on all the servers i try to play on , we cant play as long as this dont get fixed . try an run a dungen an is restart all the time 
then you can start over an over , this is not fun at alll
