Official servers are full of cheaters. For example - Official 1041 server. They use cheats that hide the interface, so you can’t see their names. They kill you with a single hit. Submitting a video to the administration never helps. For example: my Conversation ID: #288823.

"Thank you for reaching out to report a player not adhering to our Official Server Guidelines and/or EULA. We will investigate the matter, and if any violations of our guidelines are confirmed then appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our policies.

Please note that for privacy reasons we can not share information about any sanctions on another customer’s account, thus we will not provide further updates to these reports."

This is all we get in response to our requests to the administration.

Are the developers going to do anything about this?

They are Funcom.

They will fix the emotes, and that will be that.

They will not acknowledge any problems other than the minor ones.

I would like to see some statistics on how many cheaters have been banned. Many developers do this. For example delevopers of: Call of duty, Valorant, CS GO, Escape from tarkov etc. Just say that you do something with it

But that would be smart and would lead to more success for the game, and that is the opposite of Funcom’s intent.
