(Official Servers/South America) 1975 and 1976 going offline without warning/too often

Unplayable. Our only servers, PvE1975 and 1976, going offline without warning/too often. What is actually happening? Reboots without warning? 50 Server-sided patches per server, per day? It’s happening since yesterday.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Login to your server (1975 or 1976)
  2. Wait a bit, start doing something
  3. The server goes offline. It takes minutes…
  4. Refresh some minutes later. It’s online again.
  5. Back to one… Repeat.

1977 - so is it.

Server stills the same way for about 3 to 4 days by now. Goes offline out of nowhere (crash?) and reboot and come online. Counts some minutes, again. And again… all day long. This last update damaged the servers?
