Offline Server 6459 for 3 Days! No one Does something?

Hello, what about Fix the 6459 Server PVP (PC)
I wait now for 3 Days…its up for 5mins Offline Whole Day.

Zendesk Reports — Nothing — No Repsonse.
we have 5 Clan Members which Reported the Problem.

Whats wrong here?
not even 1 Topic about this Problem after 3 Days!
