I would like an administrator to help with a problem that is occurring on server #4523 Latin America Sony, since the Age of Heroes update the server has been unstable and stays offline for days and suddenly comes back, it has been around 2 weeks since it even appears in the list of official servers.

That sucks… you should bring this to the attention of the @Community admins rather that “Players helping Players” section.

Any wish for admin support goes through Zendesk only. Even if a community admin will show up will suggest you exactly the same.
