Lightning Storm had a bug fixed and its consistency and damage increased.

100,000 damage was what it said in the blueprint, for a near miss. The idea was that a miss would NOT do full damage to targets but would do damage radiating outward, so the further away the less damage it would do. The bug that happened is it considered it a near miss if the bolts glitched through buildings and thus hit the ground in the middle, obliterating everything.

So they fixed the targeting logic, made it so the storm wouldn’t spawn glitched bolts that went through buildings, and increased the damage and accuracy so that the bolts favor hitting enemies and structures. Also direct hits had their damage increased, and the frequency of bolts was increased.
