Try verifying
Using the restart button in the web admin panel of our g-portal server did nothing to resolve the issue, but switching it offline and then on again did bring it back for us. It might’ve been chance, but just leaving this here in case it helps someone else.
Bringing my servers offline then online instead of a restart also fixed mine. Thanks for the help Funcom, oops I mean Nikyria.
