Bug Description:
unable to access to speak to The Outcast (the friendly frost giant at the Outcast Camp/north of Mounds of the Dead). google says this may occur if someone built to close. I’ve no idea what is too close. all i can say is on this server can’t interact with him to learn yimr as we can on the other server i used to play on.
Bug Reproduction:
i didn’t cause any bug to happen. i merely went up to talk to the frost giant in outcast camp and found it was not accessible.
