I’m confused by how the help, customer service system works here. I decided to pay for a premium account. Age of Conan now has 2 payments and I get nothin’. For real, is the company still valid? Is the ticket system still being used or did I miss something and need to try a different way to contact them?
the Ticket System is still active but for the Moment they work at Home Office because the Corona thing. So it could take a little bit mor time for a response.
