[PC][Dedicated Server] Server sort of locking up?

I run a dedicated server off of my PC for some friends, that I also play on. However, every so often I notice that if nobody has been on the server for a while, nobody can connect until I click on the console and tap any key in the window. Any key works. It usually responds with

My take on this is that the server is locking up because of being idle in some fashion? I’m not always around to hit a random key in the window to ‘wake it up’ for them, so is there something I can do to fix this?
