For anyone on PC with the “Lost Connection” problem, I followed the advice of Shadowlite here: [For the people that it tells you you don't have internet](https://forums.funcom.com/t/for-the-people-that-it-tells-you-you-dont-have-internet/126606).

I have managed to get back into the game. Hope it works for those with this problem. 🙂
