I just fired up my stand alone server and am getting a endless spam list of warning pong (not ping even the error message is misspelled) to (different internet addresses) failed. Good grief people it would really be nice if who ever is doing these updates would just stop it and roll every thing back to how things were roughly two weeks ago when every thing was working fine. Are you guys trying to destroy this game so that people move on and buy something else? If not, it is time to get a new update crew on board that will fix things and get rid of the ones that are breaking the game every time there is a patch.
@Trexcapades There is nothing official at all… but that is how you get into a whitelisted server right now. So until they fix this to only need one of the numbers, you are going to need to get all three of them to allow anyone online.
@Ignasi I presume this is something the team has already discovered? Any word on whether this is going to be changed soon?
I am still getting the ‘lost internet connection’ bug on the server list page. Pings still far too high. If I can avoid the ‘lost internet connection’ bug (about 1/10+ tries) I can direct connect to the official server I play on. If I use the ToggleDebugHud feature, I get an ingame ping of 64 inside my base. Windows 8.1, 16 GB RAM, Fast AMD CPU/GPU, hardwired ethernet connection to fast internet.
Bug : Resource foilage on client Desync Collision after this update… the resource actor that spawn after the foilage works … just the foilage component broke for some client not all. not sure if it able to be recreated bugg… its similar to the losing collision on housing
Fix: reloggin did the trick still first time i seen this bug. there might be something faulty with the engine codes
Yep, there’s a lot of ‘pong’ and not much ‘ping’ happening - I think there’s another hotfix being looked at as we speak so I think, to prevent a ‘everything down’ moment again like last week, we can expect a series of small hotfixes (please correct if am completely wrong of course)
Aye this was the only way we found it to work, Beardy and I were playing with it for a few hours and then found that you needed all three of the ID’s for it to actually class as being whitelisted…
Got a few of our people online now BUT knowing our luck funcom will toss out another update and break it all again.
Hey, I have just tried all sorts of combinations and the only thing which worked was all 3 IDs in the whitelist. This seems to be what works for now at least. Thanks!
Hey @Ignasi
After this update I had the most strange bug! From nowhere, inside my base, as I was moving a horse around…a wolf comes and bites me and then disapears. Inside my base!!! I was just like Vincent Vega looking around trying to understand what just happened!!
after a long time of attempt, failure to join co-op part (I have the possibility to cancel the connection attempt now, inserted in the last patch).
It’s weird because during an attempt I had a few seconds the loading screen then back to the main menu, without error message!
