[Describe the bug here] Last night while playing on my private white listed server I get a global message from some stranger I have no clue who they are who some how got though to my white listed server. Who told me they found my server on the list and just joined no need for me to add them to the white list just puff they are on. Have tested it today with steam ids on white list and off white list and puff can join even if not white listed. We pay for a server which we can keep safe from people joining and causing problems but it seems with no notice this is an issue I find a few posts from a MONTH ago that it was broken and all of them are closed but no fix as its still broken as of 5 mins ago. So after a month as it seems it has been know since before June 3oth after looking though the forums. When will this bug be fixed and why did funcom not give notice to people who pay for servers that this was broken to begin with.
And why close the bug reports with no fix as this is not fixed.

Hey @Trexcapades
We hotfixed this issue last night. Whitelist should now be working correctly.
NO IT IS NOT WORKING on Aug 9th.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
-
play on private white listed server
-
get strange message on global chat from a stranger on your white listed server which we pay for, but are not told is not safe guarded by our white list anymore.
-
Test white list and seems everyone can get in even with a white list
-
Come to forums to find all bug reports on this issue on server we pay to play and find it was reported from a month ago but they have all been closed and that it is till not fixed a month after it was reported to be fixed.
-
Put in new bug report and hope maybe someone might fix another broken thing put in with the Funcom live servers.
Should this not be information that Funcom would send out to people, we should not have to come and search for it on the forums. Should the community not have been told our server security is just gone??? A few lines in a post on steam would have let people know that their security is broken but nothing until some we find it by some random person shows up on our white listed server and causes problems because it does not work, because it was broken by an update.
