I noticed an issue that is pretty easy to recreate. Whenever placing foundations or any placeable at all, if it is the last in the stack, your character will bring their fists out when it is placed, or punch if their fists are out. Seems to be registering a click for both attacking and placing the last object simultaneously. Of note, this bug does not seem to extend into my multiplayer experience and seems to be limited to Singleplayer.
The issue has been reported as extending to paid/rented servers as well.
