People Building on recipe and emote books

Can the devs please do something to prevent building around or close to recipe and emote books? There is a clan who built on the hand of the maker stopping everyone from obtaining a flirt emote. I asked them to move and they built on it even more blocking it completely.
Can you please make these areas near books a no build zone?

We hope to be able to address this in the future, as it requires a far more complex solution that simply making those areas no-build zones since players would end up building around that zone.
