People suddenly falls trough the ground. There is at least 4 people that have experienced this on the same server.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
The server is DagfinnLIVE PvP #1
We did a restart on the server, and the bug stopped for a bit. But a few hours later the same thing happens. A lot of players reports that they just keep falling trough the map, and there is nothing that they can do. We are running These mods: Pippi and Age of Calamitous.
This sounds frustrating. I suspect it might be mod-related as there aren’t any other reports of this that I’ve seen. I’ve not experienced it myself as I’ve been running around on the official pve server a couple of times since the hot fix, but then I’ve not covered every inch…
But there have been places on the map where I’ve fallen through the world a long time ago, so is it specific locations that this is occurring at? It might help Funcom pinpoint the issue if those players could supply the exact ingame co-ordinates where it is occurring.
If they hold down:
Crtl Alt Shift L
Then their current location co-ordinates appears and they can copy and paste it. To get the co-ordinates off screen and resume normal game play they need to hold down the same set of keys.
Good point … I use the Alt on the right side of the keyboard as this is not key bound to the roll command.
Also make sure they are safe from enemies whilst doing it as I found it makes it impossible to move or fight normally.

As pointed out above, it might seem this is a mod-related issue. Does this problem appear if you’re playing in an unmodded server?
Anyhow, sharing the specific coordinates this happens to you could help us determine if it is an issue that we should take a look at or not

I had this once in the North, near the Frosttemple-Obelisk. I tried to build a large base there, but it did not work out and I built just a maproom. Behind that maproom was an area where I fell through the map. Only a restart of the (private) server helped, but I had to do it just once, I never fell through there again.
My server was not modded at that time!
