Description: Clothing and female character physics are broken, clothing when equiping or uniquiping armor often break physics and the clothing and hair turns static, they don’t move for a few minutes till they come back to normal, but if you equip/unequip them you can often have the problem again, and female character physics are totaly broken, creating a new character on a fresh instalation of the game with no mods will give you normal breasts physics and so (Like they were till some updates before release that broke it) for a few steps if you test it, but after that you will have nearly static breasts physics and it will never come back.
