Ping problems on russian servers

Bug Description:

My favorite server list contain 3 russian servers.All 3 show 9999 ping all time.I check them on battlemetrics and find they are offline second day.So its not just my problem.I try direct connect an log on the server.All working,players online.Log of -on server list same servers show 270-300 ping.I live in UK so maybe thats the problem.But before last patch ping wos 80-100.
