After a couple years away finally convinced the wife to try the game again.
We can’t even connect to servers because ping is too high.
Managed to make a character but can’t log back in, ping to high.
We know for a fact this is not an issue on our end.
This is a problem with G-Portal or Funcom servers & it needs to be addressed.
Connecting to a game should not be this difficult 8 years after launch.
