Placeables that have been moved decay rapidly

Bug Description:

So on Official 1504, I moved all my alchemy placeables using the new “Move” feature. Worked great. However, 4 hours after I moved them onto foundations with a fully reset decay timer, they decayed. All other placeables nearby and on the same foundations did not decay and share the decay timer with the foundations they are sitting on.

Bug Reproduction:

I have moved placeables around again, and even though the decay timer resets, they decay rapidly and disappear quickly. Placeables next to them do not share this issue.
