Placing jars have the base reach max decay time

We went to raid a base with 100hrs decay time, but after first explosion of jars his decay time up to 336:00Hrs. and always they was offline, each bomb have that his decay up to max.

This has always happened … bombs reset decay timers … but so does kicking buildings aswell…

Placing the bomb resets the timer. Don’t even need to blow it up.
