Play Online forgets favorite servers

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Launch Game to main menu
2. Click Play Online
   2.1 Optional: Filter by Favorites
3. No server favorites listed
4. Search for server (such as my private server)
5. Select Server when found
6. Click ‘Favorite’ button to flag server as favorite
7. Click back to return to main menu
8. Repeat steps 2-6
   8.1 Optional: Filter for Favorites (such as the server flagged in step 6) - empty list= repeat steps 3-6
9. Join server
10. once loaded, exit to main menu
11. repeat steps 1-6, then 9 every game restart.

Server Favorites flag is broken

(game load also hangs on connecting to funcom dead… er live services, too, from time to time)

Additional: Filtering for server history also does not show recently played servers.

I personally suspect this is also likely tied to Funcom Live ID replacing Steam ID and they likely missed some parts. I’ve noticed the not saving favorites as well. That has been my guess. It is actually what likely caused most of the problems. (Guesses on my part, take it or leave it)
