As you can see, a player cut the passage on the bridge to Dungeon Keep on server 1977 - PVE Conflict.

I can tell you now, Funcom is not going to take action on a report here - they’ll just tell you that you need to report it to their helpdesk service (which has replaced the old Zendesk), as it says in the pinned comment about official servers terms of conduct etc. (You can find the new help centre here.)

However, as reported in another thread, the new help centre does not appear to actually be doing anything - you can learn more about that here. But that is still where you will probably be sent to make your report :man_shrugging:

In the meantime, the best I can suggest is that you’ll have to go around rather than across the bridge. Sorry, but that’s the best I can offer.

I may have a solution, you may try to walk around it and see if it works :clown_face:
If it works and you can reach the Keep then it means he did not block the passage.
