Player dying at cave entrances

I have a server and one player has an issue with “falling through the world” at all cave entrances. My toon doesn’t have the problem as you can see by the image below. This has been a thing for two days now, post game update. Anyone have any incite on how I can fix this.

They redownloaded the mods and removed the bracket but neither has worked.

By the looks of it, one would think. Nope that’s one player dying repeatedly. It’s a PVE server.
