Player Randomly Dropped Through Floors, Ceilings

Bug Description:

On Monday of this week I got a message from a player that he had fallen through a foundation (Argossian) in the my river base. He could not get his stuff from his body. On Tuesday, I was standing on our Lake House bridge, and I suddenly dropped halfway into the arch ceiling (Arena). I had to remove the piece to get free. On Wednesday, I was in the workshop and just dropped through the foundation (Stable) to the ground below. I was stuck halfway in the foundation and could not get out. I did not want to destroy the foundation, because there are other things sitting on it that would be difficult to get back in place. I tried exiting the game and re-entering, but that did not work. I had to remove my bracelet and come back to retrieve my stuff. I have also noticed around the world that thralls/pets are randomly sinking into foundations again.

Bug Reproduction:

There is no rhyme or reason to the random stationary thralls sinking. In the case of my character, however, I am pretty sure on the bridge I was opening a thrall’s inventory. In the workshop I was opening the plant inventory.

I’m sorry to hear that. Here is a thread in which several players have already reported the error and support has also contacted us.

I can also confirm -as well as other players- that I suddenly fall into my foundations. I’ve had to pull bracelet and recall body to at least once per login.
