Your best bet is to follow the proper reporting procedure, as described in the official rules:
Bear in mind that the staff has a high volume of reports to process. I’ve heard people say that it took 6-8 weeks for their report to get processed. Make sure you include all the necessary evidence in your report and that you state very clearly the impact of what you’re reporting. That might get them to prioritize your report.
