Players swapping clan constantly for attacking

Hi guys, is this allowed in officials?

4 Clans are attacking us every day, and when they do they swap members constantly so the thralls don’t kill each other. After raid time they all go back to their original clan.

Some of the members of my clan say they remember reading in the rules that this is not allowed, but I couldn’t find anything regarding this.

Any comments are appreciated. Tks.

It’s official ofc hotswap is allowed, there is no such a rules.
