On PS5 when diving under water with a torch on your wheel it auto equips. Witch is sad when you are swimming home with a knocked out thralls and some one has built a bridge all the way across newbie river that has to be swam under and you loose thralls. Annoying even without a thrall in tow.
This happens to me on ps4 as well. Official server PVEc
