They require the same 1000 essences as the Cultists of Dagon and the Children of Jhebbal Sag but they are weak; they don’t even have the 45 starting stats unlike most certain later thrall factions.

Really shame as they have permanent white glowing warpaints…

You can have high starting stats, or you can have glowing warpaint. But not both at the same time.
