Yes its my same thinking, another saga pvp related would be a hole in the water, better do another pve with more pvp content and reward to make all happy
The main reason for me to join a potential pvp saga server isnt to grind my way to 80 with a new class to pvp with… I allready got all classes. I want to relive one of the most funny things i did in this game. Which is low level pvp. Lowlevel PvP aint the same as endlevel at all and only thoes who knows knows why.
Also there might be alot of players that want into PvP but is unable to because of skill required and gear. Well, for me lowlevel PvP(which is no more) was my solution to this. When your class dont have that much abilities or many featpoints its both easier to play and its easier to get the “theoretical” part of you class right. You can start learning instead of being farmed.
This was no bad way to learn either. With so few abilities movement and timing have everything to say. After my bootcamp in lowlevels i quickly grew to understand that i had become a quite good player(at endgame) without even realizing it before i got to engame again.
Lowlevel minigames were where people could learn and get good in pvp. Its a fresh stream of new PvPers that got shut down years ago.
Do you see? We dont want saga PvP to do the same as we do on regulare servers. We want saga PvP to play content which is not accessable anymore. Perhaps it also will blow some life into it on regulare servers aswell. Restarting the “PvP school” of aoc.
But still PvP lives in this game, because of stubborn fantastic players that often love the game far beyond imagination of most recent PvE players.
Also, note to that crom fury thing. I love AOC PvP but I like to do PvE also. I had to move to Crom not because i dont like PvP. Hell i would kill to make them change epic sones to PvP sones! But PvE on fury died pretty quick and so most players that liked both PvP and PvE had to transfere. Because of that the PvP community got bigger on Crom than on Fury. Miniganes started popping more often on crom which made more PvPers transfere.
Also sounds to me like everyone talking here thinks youre either a PvP player or a PvE player. Well tbh I think most PvPers like both. Most PvEers only know PvP. And both PvE and PvE is fantastic in this game.
