Because so many people are at home (Covid-19 lockdown) playing the game–and some are ill, it has become difficult for many of us to log onto the official servers here in the US. Yesterday I couldn’t log on at all, nor could any other person in my guild. Please lengthen the amount of time we have to log in and refresh our structures.

Tho I am against the changing of the timers, you make an great point.
I agree with this: in Italy all people are home since almost one month and they are overloading internet connectivity in some areas, this means the game isn’t reachable for many and this may cause their bases to decay I think it would be “nice” from Funcom to pay attention to this.
Anyway probably they already know, just my 2 cents
