That could be because you haven’t gotten in yet. You could try pasting this in there:
[/Script/Engine.GameUserSettings]
bUseVSync=True
ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080
with or without the vsync option
that also didn’t work. 
Well… I’m not really familiar with Radeons but an extreme test could be if you have a spare nvidia card lying around… but even if you do, installing it and the drivers to test would be a massive PITA…
Haha no sorry, not the case unfortunately… i’m getting quite close to giving up to be honest, so I want to thank you very much for all the effort you’ve put in helping me.

Maybe someone who has experience with Radeons will eventually chime in. These problems suck. I’ve had this issue with other games and sometimes its really odd solutions that work. Satisfactory for example will crash even tho I have a 4090 unless I have task manager open when I launch the game… don’t ask me why… but that’s just how it is…
Any help would still be appreciated, if available.
