I am struggling to get any answers regarding my ban from all official servers.
I have never cheated, used exploits, or participated in toxic behavior. I play on Server 1600 as a member of the clan L.E.G.I.O.N. My clanmates, other players outside our clan, and I have all submitted tickets concerning this situation. We have also provided screenshots and video evidence showing ongoing harassment, including a player making a racist statement toward one of our Black clan members and telling him to “swing from a tree.”
Despite the seriousness of this situation, our reports appear to have gone unanswered, while I have been banned without receiving any explanation.
I have not been told:
- Why I was banned
- What rule I allegedly violated
- Whether the ban is temporary or permanent
- How long the ban will last
- Whether there is an appeal process
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply requesting basic information about the action taken against my account and a fair review of the evidence that has already been submitted.
If my access to official servers is going to remain blocked, please provide the specific reason for the ban, the evidence supporting it, and the duration of the restriction. Being completely denied information while serious reports of harassment and racism remain unaddressed is extremely frustrating.
Please review this matter and provide a clear response.
