Possible Bug: Teleported to Corruption Wall

I was gathering Gossamer at The Silkwood, and I walked into a spider web and got teleported to a Corruption Wall. It was literally like I walked up to a spiderweb and then I just saw all black and green.

To my knowledge, there is no Corruption Wall anywhere near the Silkwood.
I did not die to a spider. I wasn’t being attacked when I died.
When I re-spawned at my bed, the alert stated “You died from the Corruption Wall”
