Premium payment not reflected in-game and no response for weeks

I processed last payment successfully on Jun 13th and account is still frozen in free to play mode.

Information logging in to website shows the following:

Account Type

1 Month Premium Membership

Membership Valid Until

2020-08-12

But in-game it is kept in free to play mode.

I submitted a ticket to support@funcom.com under account/billing selection same day on Jun 13th. Shouldn’t be this difficult/lengthy to solve.

for Account or Payment Issues the forum is not the appropriate place for it.

The right way is over the Ticket System, here on the Forum could no one help you. If you make a Ticket through the System then you can only wait.
