I processed last payment successfully on Jun 13th and account is still frozen in free to play mode.
Information logging in to website shows the following:
Account Type
1 Month Premium Membership
Membership Valid Until
2020-08-12
But in-game it is kept in free to play mode.
I submitted a ticket to support@funcom.com under account/billing selection same day on Jun 13th. Shouldn’t be this difficult/lengthy to solve.
