I have purchased 1 month of premium. Charge has posted, money taken and account status has not changed. Submitted a support ticket with no response. If something isn’t done soon, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. It’s been 2 days now.
This needs to be taken care of ASAP. I’m seeing people with tickets open for 4 months with no response? I understand the game is on maintenance mode at this point but if you are accepting payment then I am expecting what I pay for.
