there are people building on the prim stone lake and the prime stone rocks stoped respawning , what is the solution ?
PvE? Then you can report them. PvP? Destroy them.

The solution is to counter-build against their boundary to stop them building further. I am assuming you are talking about shattered springs and the brimstone stalagmites and are on a PVE server. Since there are multiple ways to acquire brimstone, it is not a game-breaking issue. You can report it, but it will not be dealt with that way. Look for other ways to get brimstone.

The geysers in the ocean has brimstone, do not pick up, use a pick on the brimstone scattered at the base of the funnels. The funnels themselves… they are permanent structures and do not yield brimstone.
