Private Server Thrall Limit Setting (PC server)

PC server. Where is it? Gportal answered my ticket about this they have no clue it was being implemented. Anybody know how to set this limit for private servers? Is it in the game or server INI settings, I could not find anything about thrall limits there either.

I went in to settings as admin when i was in the game, there i went to ‘Pet and hunger’ where there is an able/disable square you can click on.
