Problem with thirst and hunger. HELP!

I have a problem in which both hunger and thirst are showing 100%. This started to happen after adding some addons. I removed them and the problem continued, I have already reinstalled, deleting the steam folder, but the problem continues, I also looked at the admin menu, but nothing worked, I would like to know if it is a bug in the game

Welcome to our community.
Since you mention you’ve installed mods, we’d recommend unsubscribing from any mods, deleting the Steam workshop folder and then reenabling each mod one by one until you find the culprit.
You could also check each mod’s webpage to see if this is a known issue.
