Ho comprato un server online su Gportal ma ogni volta che io e i miei amici iniziamo a costruire dopo aver raccolto le risorse, non riappaiono più ne le risorse, ne gli NPC, e il gioco va in tilt non facenodti più raccogliere nulla

This is not a bug. Any kind of soawns (resources, npcs…) inside your claim radius will stop spawning.
