Problems in official server

Good morning everyone.
I just wanted to say that I’ve been having issues lately in the game, from purchases to other players.
I have to say that based on my experience, be patient and use the means that you provide us to tackle these problems, because they really work and listen to the players, my problems were solved.
I just have to say thanks to the team at Funcom Zendesk.

Can you tell us any context? How long it took for the resolution?

Well, tell you that I had problems buying Crom coins and it took 2 days, it is true that my purchases were on Saturdays and I made the “claim” on Sunday.
Regarding the conflict with another player, it has been 4 days counting that Sunday is in between.
I understand that they will rest on Sundays.
The truth is that I did not expect this professionalism due to people’s complaints, but my experience has been 10.

Seems like they have a great team for purchase issues; they’ve done the right thing there.

In regard to ToC violations though… Again I’m glad you’re happy and I’ll reserve my review of the status of that subject :slight_smile:
